This Privacy Policy explains how LeadAxis Media LLC, operating as Your Auto Insurance ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and discloses information in connection with your-autoinsurance.com (the "Site") and the telephone number published on it.
The short version. This Site has no forms. The only action it asks you to take is to place a phone call. When you call, you are connected to a licensed insurance agent or to one of our marketing partners, and the information you share on that call is used to quote and service your request. You can opt out of the sale or sharing of your information at any time — see Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. We honor Global Privacy Control signals automatically.
1. Who we are
your-autoinsurance.com is owned and operated by LeadAxis Media LLC under the brand name Your Auto Insurance. Your Auto Insurance is an advertising and referral service. We are not an insurance company, insurance agency, or insurance broker, and we do not sell, solicit, or negotiate insurance. We connect consumers who are interested in auto insurance with licensed agents and marketing partners who can quote coverage, and we may be compensated when we do.

2. Information we collect
Information you provide by telephone
The Site itself does not collect information you type — there is no form, no email capture, and no account. If you call the number published on the Site, you may be asked by the agent or partner who answers for information needed to prepare a quote. Depending on the product that typically includes your name, telephone number, address or ZIP code, date of birth, details about the property or vehicles to be insured, household drivers or residents, prior claims or coverage history, and similar underwriting information.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site our hosting provider may collect standard technical information: IP address, general (city or region level) location derived from it, device and browser type, operating system, referring URL and ad click identifiers, pages viewed, and timestamps. The Site sets no advertising or analytics cookies of its own, and loads no third-party tag.
Call records
Calls placed to the number on this Site are routed through a call-tracking provider. That provider records the number you call from, the time and duration of the call, the advertisement or page the call came from, and — where applicable — an audio recording of the call. Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance and training purposes.
3. How we use information
- To connect your call to a licensed insurance agent or marketing partner and to respond to your inquiry.
- To operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Site.
- To measure and improve our advertising — for example, to learn which ad produced a call.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unlawful activity.
- To comply with legal obligations and to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
4. How we disclose information
- Licensed insurance agents, insurers, and marketing partners — so they can quote and service the coverage you asked about. They may be independently responsible for the information once they receive it, under their own privacy policies.
- Service providers — hosting, call tracking and routing, and analytics vendors who process information on our behalf.
- Advertising partners — where we advertise, an ad platform may receive aggregate campaign measurement. This Site currently loads no advertising tag; if that changes, this Policy will be updated before the tag is added.
- Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and property.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
We do not disclose your information to third parties for their own independent marketing purposes except as described in this Policy.
5. "Sale" and "sharing" under state privacy laws
Certain state privacy laws — including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA — define "sale" and "sharing" broadly. Our disclosure of consumer information to insurance marketing partners for compensation may qualify as a "sale" or "sharing" under those laws. You can opt out at any time: see Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.
6. Your choices
- Opt out of sale/sharing — use the opt-out on our Do Not Sell or Share page, which records your choice on this device and disables any advertising tag on it, or email privacy@your-autoinsurance.com.
- Global Privacy Control — we treat a GPC browser signal as a valid opt-out of sale and sharing, automatically and without any further action from you.
- Cookies — your browser can block or delete cookies. Doing so may affect how the Site works.
- Ad preferences — you can manage interest-based advertising through the DAA and the NAI.
- Telephone contact — if an agent or partner contacts you and you do not want further calls, tell them so on the call and email us at privacy@your-autoinsurance.com and we will pass the request on.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to request correction or deletion of it, to obtain a portable copy, to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and to appeal a denial of any of these requests. You will not be discriminated against for exercising any of them.
To make a request, email privacy@your-autoinsurance.com with the nature of your request and enough information for us to locate your records — typically the telephone number you called from. We will verify your request before acting on it and will respond within the time period required by applicable law. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization.
8. Retention
We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy and to meet legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution requirements — for call records and advertising data, typically no longer than seven years — after which it is deleted or de-identified.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
The Site is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided information to us, email privacy@your-autoinsurance.com and we will delete it.
11. Third-party links
The Site may link to sites we do not control. Their privacy practices are their own, and this Policy does not apply to them.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Effective" date above shows when it last changed. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Policy.
